At Therusticfurniture.com, we take great pride in making certain your order gets to you quickly and in one piece! However, delivering high-end furniture is very tricky, so please read through the following steps to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible! 

Many of our products are made in small batches and are personally picked and packed for shipment. Once shipped, you will be emailed tracking information and should receive your product within 4-6 weeks.

 If you purchased a product labeled made to order, exciting! Your product is being made especially for you, and this careful craftsmanship will take a little longer than other products. Our artisans work hard to build your custom piece within the listed production times under the product description. Once completed, you will receive tracking information for the shipment.

All our furniture is handmade to order, which takes our skilled craftsman time. our production process takes 1-2 weeks, which means from the time you place your order to the time we ship it will take 1-2 weeks.

NOTE:  Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

1) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues. (Please fill in the accurate delivery address)

2) Free US shipping. We now offer free shipping on all items, so the price you see is the price you pay.
